Lead Times & Stock LevelsIt is our policy to offer you as wide a variety and colour choice as possible and to maintain very competitive prices, rather than, for our own benefit, limiting your choice to the most popular or profitable items.
In order to provide you with this selection we cannot maintain all items permanently in stock. We recommend you allow 21 days. Reduced to clear items are available while stock last. However if you are short on time, please contact us listing your requirements and we will check stock levels. If an item will be out of stock longer than our recommended lead times we will contact you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. We do not dispatch orders until all items are in stock.
We do not display stock levels for most of our products however we do have small selection of products with their stock level displayed.
These products have a stock level attached for 1 of 2 reasons: 1. They are a sale item/reduced to clear so only limited stock is available. 2. They are products which are being sold from existing stock and we are unable to reorder the product within our recommended lead time.
Note: most of our products do not display a stock level, this does not mean the product is in stock or can be dispatched straight away. Standard lead times apply. |
Do you take orders over the phone?In order to reduce the possibility of errors, typo's etc we must receive your order details, shipping details and contact details in writing. This can be done by email, post or via our online ordering system. You do not have to submit your payment details online, there is an option to bypass the payment system on our website and we can accept the details over the phone. |
ShippingWe only ship to addresses within the 32 counties in Ireland. Shipping is a maximum charge of 6.50 for any size parcel and is free on orders over 99. We use Fastway Couriers to ship all our parcels (www.Fastway.ie) Your contact number is listed underneath the address so that the courier can contact you if required.
Sorry, is not possible for us to text or ring you when an order is dispatched. Nor can we ensure a request for the courier to contact you prior to delivery will be carried out (however if you note this in the delivery instructions we do try note it on the parcel).
We will send you an email once the order has left our premises to notify you of its dispatched.

Local CollectionWe are based in Waterford. If you would like to collect your order simply note this is the notes section at the checkout. The postage charge will remain on the order; however this will be manually removed by our office prior to processing payment.
Please note: collecting the order WILL NOT speed up delivery. The order is only ready for collection once it is in stock (standard lead times apply) and has been picked. Once an order as picked it is usually dispatched that afternoon (provided it is a normal working day). We will email you once the order is picked to arrange a suitable date and time for collection. So in theory collection of an order may take longer.
We must stress that order collection is only suitable for local customers as we do not operate a shop, collection slots are worked around our office hours (collection slots are only available within our telephone hours (Monday-Friday 9.30-12.30). If you miss your collection slot you need to be in a position to call back another time/day. |
