Sample Requests - General GuidelinesWe fully understand the difficulties of purchasing products on the internet, and the worry of not knowing exactly what you are ordering until it arrives.
We try our hardest to ensure that the pictures of products are as accurate as possible however they can be influenced by individual monitor settings. Individual colour names are also influenced by individual interpretation. If you are looking for a specific shade to match it is advisable to request a sample before ordering large amounts.
Product colours can vary from batch to batch. e.g. ribbon shades can vary slightly. Colour samples should be used as a general guide only. We cannot guarantee the exact same identical colour to your sample will be used in the final order however we will try to ensure that the identical shade is used throughout your final order.

Box SamplesWe will send ONE free sample of any box on receipt of a stamped self addressed envelope. If you require more than one, our boxes are sold individually so they may be purchased as samples. The only exceptions are items which are reduced to clear or are sold on packs (e.g. cake boxes)

Bomboniere Net SamplesWe will send ONE free sample of any net on receipt of a of stamped self addressed envelope. If you require more than one, our pre cut nets are sold individually so they may be purchased as samples. The only exceptions are items which are reduced to clear.

RibbonSend us a stamped self addressed envelope and we will be happy to return colour snippets of our ribbon.
Satin Ribbon: snippets are only available in 6mm width. 1 meter lengths are available for purchase in our online store.
Organza Ribbon: snippets are only available in 15mm width. 1 meter lengths are available for purchase in our online store.
Personalised Ribbon: we keep faulty/off cuts to use a snippet samples. Colour combinations and font styles are subject to availability.
Car Ribbon: we keep faulty/off cuts to use a snippet samples. Colour combinations are subject to availability.
We will only send out free snippets in colours appropriate to your requirements, i.e. you cannot request 1 of each colour.
If you are purchasing other samples on our website, simply note your ribbon requests at the checkout page.

Purchasing SamplesPreparing orders which contain samples is quite a time consuming process so this service is only available on a small scale. We cannot facilitate orders whereby a customer has ordered multiple colours of a particular product (e.g. one colour of each plain tulle net). Nor can we process orders requesting samples over a value of €10.00 (we are flexible with this total if we see an obvious pattern to you requests e.g. everything is along a particular colour theme.)
